How to Get Started
Telehealth
We are dedicated to providing you with personalized care to help you reach your health goals. Our on-boarding process for telehealth consultation is broken down into four main parts:

1) scheduling
2) comprehensive review & consultation via Zoom
3) clinical nutrition protocol review and payment
4) results of tests in an emailed summary & protocol shipment

Health History
Our office staff will send you a personalized link to your email to fill out our extensive health history, conditions and symptoms assessments, and onboarding forms at least 36 hours before your initial appointment.

Initial Consultation
Your first virtual consultation will be scheduled for 30 minutes and includes an extensive health history review, symptoms and conditions assessments, and individualized clinical nutrition protocol design.

Please answer all of the questions on your intake forms thoroughly at least three days before your appointment. It is advisable to sign in to your Zoom meeting at least 5 minutes before your scheduled virtual appointment.

Also, we ask that you have quick access to any medications and/or nutritional supplements (vitamins, herbs, oils, etc.) you deem necessary in your health routine, as well as any previous laboratory testing results that you have access to from other healthcare providers.

Summary of Consultation
A results of tests summary document will be emailed after your initial consultation, and includes a comprehensive review of the results of tests communication, functional nutrition recommendations, and treatment protocol recommendations and potential timelines and costs for all therapies. You'll get the full picture of exactly where you're at and what we can help you accomplish in your health journey.

Start Nutrition Protocol
Your individualized clinical nutrition protocol will be sent directly to your home. This specific and individualized protocol of supplemental and homeopathic nutrition will include specific instructions for use.

Follow Up Consultations
Follow up virtual visits will be scheduled for 20 minutes to assess progress in the individualized clinical nutrition protocol and if continuation or changes need to be made.
